Organisation
The investment team dedicated to compositions with creditors consists of 10 resources with various levels of experience and complementary skills, capable of dealing with even complex situations.
In the due diligence and structuring of investments, the company also makes use of the specific skills of experienced professionals and the services of third-party partners.

Founder
Enrico Rossetti
Entrepreneur and Founding Partner of Finross S.p.A.
Enrico has over 22 years of experience as investor, first as Analyst and then as Director of an independent Italian investment company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, then as an entrepreneur with Finross SpA, an investment holding company founded in 2003 which became head of a strongly capitalized and diversified group in the Private Equity, Special Situation, Non-Performing Loans and Real Estate sectors.
In 2009, Enrico founded Tyche S.p.A.(www.tychespa.it), a financial institution ex art. 106 T.U.B. controlled by Finross S.p.A., with the aim of operating in the non performing loans sector through non-recourse factoring of mainly unsecured loans to debtors typically in insolvency proceedings.
In 2013, through Finross S.p.A., Enrico acquired the entire capital of C Holding, of which he doesn’t have operationals roles, with the aim of acquiring distressed assets from insolvency proceedings through composition with creditors or through purchase of assets from bankruptcies.
In addition to Tyche and C Holding, Enrico has created and / or participates through Finross numerous other Private Equity and Real Estate initiatives.
Enrico graduated in 1998 from the Bocconi University in Milan with the highest marks in Economics.

Piero Pennesi
Founding Partner, President and
Managing Director of C Holding
Piero has 15 years experience in bankruptcy, tax and finance, first as investor analyst and member of the Board of Directors of Finross SpA, a private investment holding company established in Bologna at the head of the Finross Group and then as a founding partner of the current C Holding, of which he has been managing director since 2014, as well as a partner and / or director of other Finross Group subsidiaries, including Tyche SpA, Benten Srl and Astarte Srl. Piero graduated in 2003 from the University of Bologna in Business Administration.
Luca Maffioletti
Managing Director of C Holding
Luca has 18 years experience in distressed finance, firstly working as director for an Italian independent investment company listed at Milan Stock Exchange and as investment manager for an Italian distressed fund of 200m€ (from 2005 to 2017) and then as partner of C Holding with Astarte of which is shareholder and CEO (from 2015 to now). Since 2018 Luca is also Managing Director of C Holding. He focused in distressed finance: like NPL’s acquisition and bankruptcy agreements, always with a 360° problem solving approach. Before 2005 he worked for 4 years as auditor and consultant in KPMG. Luca graduated in 2001 from Cattolica University in Milan with highest honours degree in Economics.
Avv. Alessandro Bulgarelli
Board Member of C Holding
Alessandro graduated in Law at Bologna University in 1996 and is a member of the Bologna Bar Association. He has 16 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, non performing loans and securitizations, firstly working for some of the major London Brokers in reinsurance and finance business and then, from 2007 to 2017, as a lawyer at the Aicardi Studio in Bologna. Currently he’s legal counsel of the Finross Group.
Barbara Cardelli
Team Leader di C Holding
Barbara gained 6 years of experience in Financial Services Auditing at a Big Four firm, working at major Italian credit institutions and gaining expertise in the valuation of NPLs and bankruptcy arrangements. Since 2018 she joined the Investment Team of C Holding within which she now holds the role of Team Leader. Barbara graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Bologna and in 2012 with a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis, Consulting and Management from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Anna Romano
Senior Analyst di C Holding
Anna graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics of Banking, Insurance and Financial Intermediaries and in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Milan-Bicocca. Upon completion of her studies, she joined the C Holding Team where she gained experience in bankruptcy arrangements as Investment Analyst.
Adalmira D’Ambrosio
Administrative Manager di C Holding
Adalmira gained 10 years of experience in tax consulting in an associated firm of accountants. Since 2015, she has joined the C Holding team as Administrative Manager.
Adalmira graduated with a diploma in accounting with a programming address from ITCS De Viti De Marco in Valenzano – Bari in 1997.
